Privacy information

Booking and enquiry forms collect your name, email, message and an optional company name. A booking also includes the selected time. We use these details to respond, arrange the meeting and understand your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal records.

Enquiries and reservations are stored in our configured database. Google Calendar checks availability and creates meeting events; submitted meeting details are shared with that service. Email notifications use our email provider. Hashed keys derived from the request IP and email help limit repeated submissions.

Some product previews request map assets from external mapping providers. Hosting and external providers may process technical request information.
