A message through the website is an enquiry, not an acceptance of work. Any project, product, consulting, development, deployment, or support engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, ownership, delivery, warranties, confidentiality, and responsibilities.

If these terms conflict with a signed project agreement, that agreement controls for the relevant project.
