Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the undrctrl website, including its content, contact forms, experiments, and any services or products made available through it.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organisation.

Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • breach applicable law or regulation;
  • interfere with its operation, security, or availability;
  • probe or test systems without written permission;
  • introduce malicious code or automated abuse; or
  • misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content—including the undrctrl name and logo, copy, designs, code, graphics, and interfaces— belong to undrctrl or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and view the website for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Feedback and submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, files, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant undrctrl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a project, improve our work, or operate our business. This does not transfer your pre-existing intellectual property.

Projects and services

A message through the website is an enquiry, not an acceptance of work. Any project, product, consulting, development, deployment, or support engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, ownership, delivery, warranties, confidentiality, and responsibilities.

If these terms conflict with a signed project agreement, that agreement controls for the relevant project.

Third-party services

The website may link to third-party websites, tools, repositories, or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. undrctrl is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, undrctrl does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete, or that information will remain current. Website content is general information and is not professional, legal, financial, safety, or operational advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, undrctrl and its people will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of—or inability to use—the website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website, business, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date and will apply going forward.

Questions can be sent to hello@undrctrl.co.
